Susan Farris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. She has been licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners since 1999 and obtained her clinical social work status in 2004. In addition, she obtained her clinical social work license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences in 2016. Her experience and continuing education has been in anger and stress management; grief and loss; abuse healing and trauma; depression; anxiety; substance abuse therapy and in teaching positive communication skills to individuals and couples.
Susan uses brief therapy and client centered techniques such as solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and acceptance & commitment therapy approaches because she believes that with direction, individuals are capable of making lasting changes. Susan is a compassionate therapist with the gift and ability to connect very quickly to clients so that they can begin the changes they desire to reach their immediate goals.

Sheena Hann is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LPC, LCDC) with over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping teens and adults address the self-identified challenges in their lives. Sheena specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, and depression.
She completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Child and Family Services at the University of Phoenix, and her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. She is a mother of 9 children. This experience has led to an understanding of differences and a willingness to accept people where they are. Sheena comes from a family that serves in the military. Sheena utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).

I have found that the best approach for depressive symptoms is through the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
