About
As a queer-identified woman of color, I understand the unique challenges of finding quality mental health care.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping individuals process trauma and reduce the lasting emotional impact of difficult life experiences. I also work with individuals navigating identity-related concerns, including members of the LGBTQ+ community who may be seeking understanding, support, and affirmation.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. My approach to care is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused interventions, and solution-focused techniques to support clients in identifying goals and building effective coping skills.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered throughout your healing journey. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change so you can move forward with confidence and improved emotional well-being.
