I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with four years of experience. I completed my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Kutztown University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based practices. I specialize in depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and ADHD. I strive to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust and understanding. My goal is to empower clients with tools and strategies for meaningful change.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Leslee Blaze is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 21 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals from late adolescence through geriatric years. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar illness, PTSD, substance use disorders, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. Before becoming a PMHNP, Leslee worked in inpatient adolescent, adult, senior, and chemical dependency units and at a large community mental health center, among other clinical settings. Leslee takes pride in utilizing and offering the best and most current evidence-based treatment.

Leslee has her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. Utilizing care and compassion, she encourages open communication and a holistic approach to mental health care that nurtures physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
