About Provider

About Sarah

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with four years of experience. I completed my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Kutztown University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based practices. I specialize in depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and ADHD. I strive to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust and understanding. My goal is to empower clients with tools and strategies for meaningful change.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. These evidence-based practices help clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I assist clients to build resilience, enhance problem-solving skills, and improve their overall well-being.

It takes considerable strength and resilience to acknowledge when we're struggling and need help. I'm committed to being present and providing guidance in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges and work toward positive change. I invite you to schedule a session.
