Aide completed her Master’s Degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Aide utilized multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, grounding, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).

Marcia Hughes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut and holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies. She has 25+ years of experience dedicated to promoting well-being for individuals and families from backgrounds and lifestyles of all kinds.
