About
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and mother, I bring both clinical expertise and heartfelt understanding to help clients and families find balance, healing, and resilience.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience supporting clients through life’s emotional challenges. I understand that healing begins with seeing the whole person, mind, body, and environment, and I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way of your growth and create a path toward clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. My approach blends evidence-based care with a calm, collaborative style that draws from mindfulness, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, along with thoughtful medication management when needed. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
You do not have to move through your challenges alone—healing is possible, and meaningful change starts with feeling supported. I aim to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with confidence and peace. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk beside you on this next step in your journey.
