I'm a warm, deeply present therapist who specializes in helping people through their darkest moments with compassion, grounded guidance, and the lived experience of someone who truly understands what emotional survival requires.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 47 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and grief. I have worked with clients across the lifespan and value creating a collaborative, respectful space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Boston University. My clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, narrative therapy, and positive psychology. I tailor treatment to each client’s goals, strengths, and lived experiences.
