About
You got knocked down, we'll get you up again. Nothing's going to keep you down.
Anna Choquette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience. She specializes in trauma-informed, affirming, culturally inclusive therapy for adults. Anna’s clients may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Most of her career has been spent in spaces that try to make therapy less intimidating and more approachable for all. Anna prides herself on using non-traditional methods to supplement more well-known therapy styles, including the integration of video games during sessions to help ease tension, allow for stimming, and connect in-game quests to real life experiences.
Anna received her Master’s in Social Work from Ohio State University. Her client-centered, humanistic approach pulls from many different schools of therapy (narrative, psychodynamic, and cognitive, among others). Anna is certified in trauma response and crisis interventions and familiar with Gottman couples therapy.
When we can be authentically ourselves, it means that we can cry together, feel together, and ultimately heal. Anna strives to create a space where you can do the hard work, but it never feels too big to handle. No matter where you are in your journey, she looks forward to supporting you in your healing.
