I am a Licensed Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions. I work with adults navigating stress, identity challenges, trauma, and relational changes. My approach integrates holistic wellness, evidence-based practices, and compassionate connection to help clients find healing, balance, and purpose in their lives.

Patrycia Hatten is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 12 years of experience providing services to various populations in the mental health and substance use field. She specializes in anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, stress management, depression, and finding ways to smooth out those big challenges in life.
Patrycia completed her Masters in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in couples and family therapy at the University of Northern Colorado. She has worked extensively with all ages, with clients ranging from 5-70 years old. She is comfortable utilizing multiple treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Patrycia's vast experience coupled with her innate compassion enables her to work collaboratively with her clients to help them reach their goals

Yes, there are therapists who help with anger via Anger management therapy. It’s a therapeutic process that an individual goes through to manage their anger and identify its triggers. They’re given clear instructions on how to improve their angry behavior as well as a safe space for opening up about their emotions.
Once an individual’s triggers are identified, anger management therapy focuses on helping the individual process and respond to these emotions in a more positive and productive manner. The anger management therapist will provide coping strategies and ultimately help their client take back control of their anger.
The five keys to mastering anger include identifying triggers, pausing before reacting, calmly expressing emotions, discovering constructive outlets for frustration, and seeking professional assistance if necessary. Acquiring these skills through Anger management therapy empowers individuals to effectively manage and navigate their anger.

Often, Anger management therapy lasts between 4-6 weeks. However, it can last longer, dependent on the individual’s needs.

Our building is located just west of Pulpit Rock Park, and we share a building with Helix Semiconductors, First Affirmative Financial, SocialSEO, and others.
