Hi, I'm Jenny! I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) within the state of Colorado and a Special Service Provider License (SSP) through Colorado Department of Education. I specialize in teens and young adults who are seeking support in areas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
I am a person centered therapist who utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support you in your growth. Some of these may include, but are not limited to; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), brief solution focused therapy(BSFT), and mindfulness.
I specialize in establishing trusting relationships with my client and working with them to create an agreed upon path towards success. Within a warm and judgement-free space, we can work together to support you in feeling heard and reaching your goals.

"As someone who has faced significant barriers to success, I know what it is like to feel stuck and the importance of learning new skills to rebuild momentum."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose a career as a counselor B/c life can be difficult and everyone should have access to a nonjudgmental professional who has their back.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I enjoy all ages, however, I have a soft spot for teens and young adults.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
It is not easy and you are not expected to have the answers or navigate it by yourself.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first few sessions, we will be getting to know each other. We will collaborate to find a plan that give you hope in achieving your goals.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I have been trained in a variety of evidencebased modalities and pull from them all to find what will best support the client in reaching their goals.
