I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 27 years of experience helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I work with individuals across all ages, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that improve their quality of life.
I earned a Master’s in Psychology from Regis University. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, combining evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies for lasting growth.
