About Sarah Jane
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with six years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, and family dynamics. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. In my practice, I work with individuals seeking meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and emotional growth.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Education from The Citadel Graduate College in Charleston, South Carolina. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to help clients develop balance, self-compassion, and sustainable coping tools.
I would be honored to work with you through the ever-changing process of therapy. I love helping others grow and believe transformation happens through evidence-based practices and genuine connection. Together, we can build the tools you need to live a more confident, grounded, and fulfilling life.

"As a warm and empathetic therapist specializing in anxiety and life transitions, I love using a client-centered approach to foster personal growth. "
