As someone who values empathy, respect, and genuine connection, I’m committed to creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported exactly as you are.
As person who has experienced the difficulties of friends and family members dealing with mental health problems, I am well-equipped to understand and empathize with a broad spectrum of patients.
I believe healing begins with being truly seen and heard, so I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, rediscover their strength, and grow toward lasting change.
Having personally overcome adversity, I bring an authentic understanding of life’s challenges and how they can affect our daily lives, allowing me to walk alongside clients with empathy and genuine support.
As a culturally diverse woman, I bring a deep understanding of identity exploration shaped by multicultural and intersectional experiences. Having personally navigated loss, transitions, and life challenges, I offer an authentic perspective on how these experiences affect the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in the power of building new life skills to restore and strengthen the whole self.
As a clinician who has worked all over the country, I have had the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, establish unique connections, and truly meet people where they are.
As a member of the disability community, I know that the world is a beautiful place because of our differences. As a therapist, it is my privilege to walk with you through challenging journeys to find clarity and embrace self-care and wellbeing, one breath at a time.
