Dr. Catherine Bukovitz is a licensed doctor in the medical field and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. She is nationally board-certified and also holds a certification as an Addiction Specialist. Dr. Catherine works with adults, and she is caring and non-judgmental while being insightful and solution-focused in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and addictions.

Dr. Catherine is a graduate of Purdue University - Hammond and received her doctorate in Psychology and Education from Argosy University - Sarasota. She has taught in higher education and her experience in counseling has allowed her to be caring but realistic with her clients.

Jamie Jones is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. She genuinely desires to see others fully experience life and intentionally live. As a certified trauma treatment professional and certified grief specialist, Jamie specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, military/veteran, and women’s issues. She is currently a lead clinician at Thriveworks.

Jamie has a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University. She considers herself eclectic and utilizes integrated approaches, including art, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, to provide polyvagal and trauma-informed care that helps foster healing and growth.

John Craig is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience. He specializes in trauma intervention and PTSD and their associated symptoms (anxiety, depression, and panic). John provides a safe space and offers unconditional personal regard to build rapport with clients, making therapy interactive and effective.

John has a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. He uses a range of science-based treatment methods including Person Centered Therapy therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive processing, and motivational interviewing.

Anzola is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She treats multiple areas of mental health including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and coping skills just to name a few. Anzola is hard-working, compassionate, and an advocate for her patients. Since becoming a PMHNP, Anzola has served as a medication manager, counselor/therapist, and advocate.

Anzola has a long history in the mental health field, starting out as a social worker and rehabilitation counselor from Thomas University and switching to the nursing field and obtaining her AA degree from ITT, her Bachelor's in Nursing from Gulf Coast, and her Master’s Degree from Valdosta University. Currently, Anzola is in her last semester in the DNP program at Valdosta State. Anzola uses multiple styles of therapy depending on the circumstances and client which is unique in providing care to her patients. From her collective years as a social worker and now as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Anzola is able to reach each patient where they are to guide them along their journey to complete mental health.
