I am a licensed mental health counselor (MH 5517) with over 30 years of experience. At age 40, I recognized my true calling in life. With three children at home, and working full-time with retail, I returned back to school to obtain my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. Three years later, I received my licensure. I have worked with several programs affiliated with the Florida Department of Children & Families and with the children who experienced abuse and/or neglect. Julouse Etienne is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of Florida.
