I recommend Thriveworks all the time. I had never heard of it before my best friend told me about it. I love how you can filter your search to meet your needs, see provider photos, and learn about each provider before scheduling an appointment. All of this made me more comfortable in the process of finding the right provider. . Kristyn is absolutely amazing. I am so thankful to have found her. Kristyn truly listens, guides me in thinking about things in different ways, and provides me with incredibly helpful resources and tools (both things to remember and tangible worksheets). I am confident in saying I have made tremendous progress with my anxiety and throughout my grief journey because of my sessions with Kristyn. She is phenomenal!

I had a bad experience with the first therapist I worked with on here, but Matt has always been amazing. He's the third therapist that I've worked with, and also the first one I've felt genuinely cares about his job and patients. Matt is the best!!

Thriveworks has great counselors, but I disagree with many of the business practices. I think a lot of the charges are excessive, the mental health questionnaires that I need to fill out for administrative reasons are poorly worded, and the counselors are overworked.
