About
I believe mental health is a meaningful journey, and I’m here to help you navigate it with steadiness, support, and compassion.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 9 years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, behavioral challenges, and women’s mental health. My approach combines compassion, evidence-based care, and a focus on helping clients build clarity, confidence, and resilience in their daily lives.
I earned my doctorate in nursing from Walden University and have extensive experience providing individualized care across diverse clinical settings. I integrate psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful change.
I believe healing starts with awareness and grows through intentional, supported change. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and compassion. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving—restoring calm, clarity, and confidence as you navigate life’s challenges.

I am a trauma‑informed LPC, QMHP‑C who shows up with warmth, steadiness, and genuine care, inviting you into a space where you can slow down, feel truly seen, and make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels safe and human — an approach shaped by years of walking alongside people in moments of transition, vulnerability, and growth.
I'm Leah Perkins, an LPC, QMHP‑C with experience in community mental health, residential care, and reentry support. I work with adults navigating trauma, overwhelm, and major life transitions, offering a steady, compassionate space where they can reconnect with their strengths, rediscover what’s possible, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, hopeful, and aligned with who they want to be.
I use trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT skills to help clients build clarity, resilience, and self‑trust. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe, focusing on grounding, healing old patterns, and creating meaningful shifts that support a more connected, empowered life.
You deserve a life that feels vibrant, meaningful, and full of possibility. If you’re ready to step into your strength and move toward the future you’ve been hoping for, I’d be honored to walk beside you as you grow, heal, and create the life that feels right for you.

As someone with lived experience with mental health issues, I believe that recovery is always possible.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience supporting individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. I have worked in hospital settings, community mental health, and crisis environments, providing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use challenges. My work is grounded in creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel safe to share openly and honestly.
I have a master’s degree in community counseling from Fort Hays State University. My approach is strengths-based and individualized, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I focus on identifying personal strengths and building skills that support long-term recovery and emotional well-being.
I am committed to helping you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. Together, we will identify your goals and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I look forward to supporting you as you begin or continue your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling future.

In my career I have learned there is no place for judgment in therapy. In order to build a balanced life, the focus needs to be on building on strengths, making observations, describing the issues, and exploring alternatives.
I'm Gail A. Wright, LCSW, and I have practiced nonjudgmental, evidence-based psychotherapy to guide others in increasing self-awareness and self-acceptance. I work with adults facing life changes, emotional regulation (anxiety and depression), grief and loss, and relationship challenges. I focus on identifying and building strengths, and on observing, describing, and exploring options with curiosity and willingness to test them out. Evidence-based modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
I encourage clients to be realistic about self-care and self-awareness, and to be open to exploring coping and grounding skills, as well as alternatives to behavior practices that are not helping them achieve their desired outcomes or goals.
If you are interested in trying new strategies to bring balance to your life, I would be honored to work with you and help you achieve your goals.

I use evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to tailor treatment to each client’s goals.
