I am a dedicated practitioner providing compassionate and expert mental health care to individuals across Oregon. I offer individual therapy and medication management supporting adolescents and adults in navigating their mental health challenges. I specialize in treating ADHD, mood disorders, and gender-affirming care. I also have extensive experience addressing PTSD and trauma-related disorders. What types of clients do you work best with?
Every client can feel safe to be who they are when working with me.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
If you find the right fit with mental health providers, your life will change on many aspects, not just your mood.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
The ability to ask any questions, express any concerns, and provide me with their treatment plan goals if they have any in mind.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
44 years of living real life with anxiety, trauma, loss, and other events that have occurred that effect my mental health as well.
