I am an accomplished, seasoned, down to earth professional with excellent counseling, mentoring and advocacy skills used for individuals and families struggling with the many life crisis, including suicide, with the ultimate goal of working collaboratively to assist in training, coaching, and developing others to achieve their potential.
I have a diverse background in mental health with experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and suicidal ideation. I've also supported individuals and couples dealing with marital issues, domestic violence, substance abuse, health challenges, and grief and loss. My approach is centered around building trust quickly, identifying core issues, and collaborating with clients to help them unlock their potential and work through life's challenges, rooted in empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space where you feel heard.
I listen without judgment and work collaboratively to identify core issues and develop actionable steps toward healing. With a genuine passion for helping others, I don't offer advice because I believe you are the CEO of your own life; I partner with you, empowering you to overcome your challenges and reach your fullest potential.
