About
As one who has experienced personal trauma and loss as well as her own struggles with parenting, I have a unique understanding and perspective of how difficult it can be to reach out for help and how rewarding it is to build new skills and empower ourselves once more to move forward.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment-related challenges. Much of my career has been dedicated to working with teens and families during major life transitions, providing care that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in safety and trust.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California. My clinical approach is goal-oriented and client-centered, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals identify unhelpful thought patterns and build practical skills that support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.
Therapy is a courageous journey, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered. If you are ready to begin this work, I encourage you to schedule an appointment.
