About Mary
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 16 years of experience serving individuals, children, and families in rural Alaska and Montana. I specialize in youth and family trauma, strength-based care, and trauma-informed therapy for clients. My background as a Coast Guard dependent and mother of three has shaped my commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2010 and completed clinical internships at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, Montana. I have extensive experience as a youth and family trauma specialist and utilize insight-oriented, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches to support meaningful growth and healing.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward lasting change. I look forward to helping you protect your privacy, understand what to expect in sessions, and begin improving your overall well-being.

"As one who has experienced personal trauma and loss, I understand what it takes to heal, recover, and overcome limitations by utilizing coping skills."
