My name is Elliott Brown, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience in the field. When explaining the process of therapy to clients, I often use the “puzzle analogy”: a) you dump the pieces out on the table, b) I help you look for the edges and other patterns, c) you develop a clearer picture about how the rest of the puzzle needs to be solved, and d) you can frame your puzzle for easier reference in the future.

My approach aims to provide you with a sense of relief in expressing often unpleasant thoughts and feelings, while also helping you recognize the themes embedded within these expressions. In doing so, you may develop a greater awareness of the world around you and, as a consequence, become more resilient in the face of adversity.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi and my Master of Social Work from The University of Alabama. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other challenges that impact their daily lives. Whether you're seeking healing from past experiences or looking to build healthier coping skills, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and psychotherapy.

Juanda Croson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 30 years of experience providing therapeutic care and clinical assessment to adults that are seeking help with chronic mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, anger management, life transitions, substance abuse, and more.

Juanda received her Bachelor's degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services from the University of Southern MS and received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from William Carey College. She utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy that consists of collaborative strength-based motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy methods, mindfulness, as well as realistic and solution-focused ideologies. Her treatment modality will be based on your unique needs as a client. 

Juanda will partner with you to create a warm and caring environment built on trust. She'll help to motivate you to put in the work needed for positive change to occur in your life. As a mother to a child with a mental health disorder, she understands how dealing with your struggles may be affecting you, and is ready to help you start finding relief from what's troubling you.

Hello! I am Melody Davisson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with individuals ages 13 and up, including young teens, adults, families, and older adults. I worked in hospice for 4 years, and I worked at The University of Southern Mississippi for 5 years teaching Social Work students. 

I utilize a holistic approach and will also integrate spiritual counseling into our sessions if needed. I recognize that everyone needs support in different ways, and my goal is to help you build the skills and insight you need to live a fulfilling life.
