Krystle Landes is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Virginia and Texas. Throughout her life, Krystle has been drawn to the helping professions, and through her own personal therapy journey, she discovered her passion for providing that level of support to others. Since then, she has provided services for young children, adolescents, and adults with some areas of focus regarding shifting behavioral issues, supporting emotional regulation, providing crisis stabilization, and healing relational rupture.
Her most recent work was grounded in an evidence-based program that supported children and families who were at risk of being placed outside of their homes due to risky behaviors. During Krystle’s time in this program, she supported her clients using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and strategic family therapy.
Krystle strives to provide a safe and secure space to allow her clients to process growth and transformation. The therapy journey is unique to each individual and even though she grounds her work in theory, she recognizes that there is no cookie-cutter approach to facilitating change. Krystle tailors her approach to each client in the context of their unique circumstances and goals.
