Kendra Roberts, PMHNP

Philosophy of Care

Kendra Roberts is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult  Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who brings a decade and a half of training and  experience in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan in hospitals,  community group homes, and correctional populations. She began her training at the University  of Arkansas at Little Rock, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on for her Adult  Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and then received her  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. 

Compassion, empathy, holistic, and patient-centered care are the foundation to her practice.  Kendra provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and  supportive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety,  ADHD, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. 

Kendra believes everyone is unique and building a trusting relationship is essential to creating  an individualized treatment plan that promotes growth and healing.

QueLinda Tillman is a licensed board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arkansas. She has an interest in treating the mental health care needs of the adult and older adult populations. She offers mediation management and supportive therapy for clients

QueLinda incorporates a collaborative approach and may refer to more specialized therapy options that could be beneficial. Having been 15 years of nursing experience prior to completing her graduate degree, she has adopted a holistic approach to patient care and strives to offer the most comprehensive, evidence-based and collaborative care possible

QueLinda works diligently with her clients to find the best medication for them. To achieve this, she encourages open and honest dialogue, while offering a friendly, safe, and judgmental-free environment. She is also interested in how well the prescribed medication is working for the patient and if you've experienced any problems

Jo Ann Clay, CNS, APRN

Philosophy of Care

Jo Ann Clay is a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, with Prescriptive Authority, as well as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is Adult certified, and has over 15 years experience as an APRN, and 30 years experience in the Mental Health field. She has treated a variety of disorders, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, insomnia, drug and alcohol issues.

Jo Ann believes that Medicine management requires finding the best medication for the client. That requires diagnostics and disclosure. Second is managing symptoms and side effects. She always wants to hear how well the medication is working (efficacy) as well as problems that might arise (side effects). Third is prescription refill.

Good medicine requires trust and excellent communication. Jo Ann requires patients to be in therapy to receive medication services.
