Rebecca Lewis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is elated to serve the community with services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Every situation is unique and Rebecca looks forward to helping her clients face them together. Rebecca specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship issues.
Rebecca completed her Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Missouri. As someone who lives in a rural community, Rebecca knows the unique challenge of finding resources and services that fit the needs of the community. Rebecca is eager to provide flexible services to all those that seek them out. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-based treatment to meet the needs of her clients where their starting point is.

Janet earned a Master of Arts in Counseling at Kairos University and a master’s in Divinity at Emory University. She utilizes many treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, STEPPS, Gottman, motivational interviewing, choice therapy, ACT, Rogerian, REBT, narrative therapy, the use of pets to cope, 12 steps, and is in the process of becoming certified in EMDR.
