- Identify the situations that trigger your anger
- Identify Warning signs for your anger
- Teach how to express your anger constructively, instead of destructively
- Learn how to practice powerful coping skills, like:

- Silly Humor
- Positive self-talk

- Solidifying boundaries and assertiveness skills, etc.
