As a clinician who has worked in multiple settings, I believe healing happens in relationships, and I work to create a space where people feel safe being honest, curious about themselves, and supported through change.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals and families. I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting concerns, and interpersonal challenges. My work is grounded in collaboration and focuses on helping clients build insight, confidence, and practical skills to improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.
I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My background includes in-home family therapy, individual outpatient care, and hospital-based work. I use evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to tailor treatment to each client’s goals.
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring challenges and working toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, adjusting to a new role, or seeking greater balance, I am here to support you. I invite you to schedule a session when you are ready.
