Jeff Rosenstein is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 40 years of experience in mental health. He draws upon relevant research, methodology, and experience to help clients find a clearer, more comfortable understanding of themselves. He provides assistance to clients by giving them the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to cope with challenges, maintain wellness, and find fulfillment. Jeff believes that our lives have meaning and purpose, we are all interconnected, and the well-being of every person truly matters. Receiving an M.A. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, Jeff completed advanced clinical study at Clark University and trained at McLean Hospital. Rhiannon Leigh is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working with adolescents and young adults with diverse needs and challenges. Rhiannon has experience working with neurodivergent populations and treating autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She loves helping individuals build confidence, connections with others, and a positive sense of self. Rhiannon completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Simmons University and has experience working in special education at the high school level, which has given her the opportunity to work with diverse populations in a variety of settings.

Rhiannon utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, Rhiannon uses a strength-based approach and finds joy in helping others build confidence by focusing on their abilities—what they can do rather than what they can't.

Sara Phipps is an MA-level clinician working towards her LMHC licensure in Massachusetts. Sara has almost 2 years of experience working as an in-home therapy clinician working with families and children with extensive traumatic backgrounds. She has helped these individuals with oppositional behaviors, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, trauma, PTSD, anger management, communication, and utilizing coping skills to regulate emotions. She is compassionate, understanding, and willing to work with her client based on their individual needs. 

Sara received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University and received her Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health counseling through Southern New Hampshire University as well. 

Sara uses a mix of therapy approaches because she believes that every client is different and that every client should have their own customized treatment. Therapy approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, person-centered, and mindfulness-based techniques. Sara always maintains a positive approach and keeps her clients' needs and wants in mind. 

Sara looks at the importance of building a good and honest relationship between counselor and client. This includes building off the strengths that the client is willing to bring to the table. By incorporating strengths and skills that the client already possesses, Sara and the individual can reach the intended goals.

Tianyi Zhang is an MA-level clinician seeking her LMHC with 3 years of counseling experience in outpatient settings. She has worked with a diverse population, including adolescents, college students, young professionals, older adults, and couples. Tianyi has assisted individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment issues, cross-cultural adaptation, communication challenges, PTSD, and more. As a first-generation immigrant, Tianyi understands the challenges of culture shock and navigating confusion, loneliness, and lost connections in a new environment. She is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
