"As one who has experienced personal trauma and loss, I have an authentic understanding of how we are impacted by painful life circumstances and how building new skills can empower us once again."
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 19 years of experience. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and personal growth while helping clients reconnect with their strengths, rebuild trust in themselves, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Avila University. My approach blends evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change that supports emotional well-being and lasting transformation.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I hope to offer a safe and empowering space where you can reflect, grow, and move forward at your own pace. Together, we can build the clarity, confidence, and peace you’ve been seeking.

										About Sarah

"Mental health affects those from all walks of life, and I truly believe that seeking treatment is the first step to healing."
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bipolar disorder. Before becoming an advanced practice registered nurse in 2024, I worked as a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient facility. My nursing background spans 8 years in areas such as orthopedics, neurology/trauma, medical-surgical, and psychiatry. I bring this diverse experience to support clients with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building trust through open dialogue, and encouraging small but meaningful steps toward growth. I incorporate both medication management and non-pharmacological strategies to support overall mental wellness.
I understand that seeking care is not always easy, but you are not alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood instability, or other challenges, I want you to feel seen, supported, and valued. My goal is to help you take that first step with confidence and to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
