Heather Sena is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been practicing in the field for over 40 years. She has worked with both adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, panic attacks/disorders, personality and mood disorders, relationship issues and parenting difficulties.

Heather holds a Master of Art in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado. Heather has previous experience in clinical neuropsychology, head injury and mental health in the prison system. She employs evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness-based results.

He has a passion for supporting children and adolescents as they go through the difficulties of growing up and attempting to formulate their unique identity in the world. Rob specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and major life occurrences.

Rob completed his Master's degree from the University of Denver in 2012. He uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing as ways to support his clients as they handle life's obstacles.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 3 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families. My background also includes over 15 years in the healthcare field, which has strengthened my ability to help people improve their relationships with themselves, their partners, and their families. I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Regis University.
