I am grateful for every challenging, gut retching, and painful event in my life as each one has taught and molded me into the person I am today. I like and am proud of that person.

Years of providing services to children and families dealing with various traumas has given me a unique set of skills to help address everything from anxiety to workplace stress.

Anxiety, depression, impulse issues, relationship distress, traumas, etc. are common to all of us; and a counseling relationship can be a safe space to find help and healing.
