Meghan Denike is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience in her field. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults address challenges, develop and learn new coping skills, and navigate life transitions to live a more fulfilled life. Her various experiences include working in child welfare, hospice, hospitals, and the education system. Meghan also has specialty training in understanding the school system and the unique challenges students and families may face. Meghan specializes in life transitions, relationship issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief.
Meghan completed her Master of Social Work at California State University, Long Beach. To best serve her clients, Meghan utilizes multiple treatment approaches, which include techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
