Clare Malchiodi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 22 years of experience. She has supported individuals and families in outpatient, in-home, and community-based services. She has worked with adults with autism, children’s case management, and adults living with severe and persistent mental illness, helping them transition from psychiatric hospitals to long-term housing and community integration.

Clare earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College. Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing on years of experience in individual, group, and family therapy. She tailors her care to support clients navigating complex mental health needs and life transitions.

Alicia DeFilippis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey who is experienced in providing therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse and multicultural backgrounds with a broad range of psychological and behavioral disorders. These include depression, anxiety, ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, trauma, and chronic stress.

Alicia completed her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. She believes every individual is unique and therefore utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, often combining person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamics, mindfulness, and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). Her hope is to work collaboratively to identify feelings, increase self-awareness, and implement coping skills that will create the meaningful changes you are seeking.

With over 5 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Molly Berger specializes in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She has developed a deep expertise in working with clients who have co-occurring disorders, as well as children facing challenges such as ADHD and executive functioning issues. Molly is also familiar with supporting individuals through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, behavioral difficulties, and relationship challenges.

Molly earned her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing and also uses attachment-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychoanalysis in her practice.
