My name is Nicole Sharp and am a Bryan/ College Station native. I went to Texas A&M University for my undergraduate and received a BA in Psychology. I work with clients from 6 years old to older people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, personal growth, loss and grief, stress, codependency, women's issues, relational challenges. From a systems approach, I help clients also address any systematic (work, family, cultural, socioeconomic systems) they attribute to them feeling "stuck" in old patterns and behaviors.
My approach is very collaborative. My clients are the experts of their lives. I am just the tour guide helping them navigate where they want to go. I adapt Cognitive Behavioral therapy, psychoeducation and other training to best adapt and help each adult and teen client. With children, play, games and storytelling are often used.
You are the expert of the life that you have lived. If you are ready to take the next step in your wholeness and healing journey, I would love to partner alongside you. "Every great journey starts with a single step" - Maya Angelou.
