I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 15 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. I work with children ages 10 and older, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, trauma, and psychotic disorders. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck and are seeking clarity, stability, and relief.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and compassionate, with a focus on understanding each client’s full experience, strengths, and goals. Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I strive to meet clients with respect, understanding, and support while helping them improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. I would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward healing and growth when you feel ready.
