I am Michelle Jones, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I hold Missouri licensure and have worked across outpatient mental health, inpatient psychiatry, substance abuse treatment, corrections, and hospice care. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and tailored to help each client heal, grow, and thrive.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT to meet each client where they are. My style is collaborative and strength-based, helping clients identify patterns, build coping skills, and develop lasting tools for change in a structured, supportive space.

Imagine the possibilities if all that you give to others, you put into yourself.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I work with clients struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sexual or domestic violence. Many of my clients struggle with low self-worth, guilt and shame, always putting others before their needs, and feeling unheard and undervalued.
I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, providing a collaborative, warm, nonjudgmental space. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most powerful tool for change. Alongside this approach, I use cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR.
It can be difficult to take that first step and reach out, but each step can bring you closer to reaching your goals and becoming your best self. I feel honored to be part of your healing journey.
