As a Black woman and trauma-informed therapist, I create a space where authenticity, cultural identity, and emotional healing can coexist, helping clients rewrite their stories with compassion, awareness, and renewed strength.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 7 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I work with clients who are seeking emotional resilience, balance, and greater self-awareness. My goal is to create a safe, culturally sensitive space where healing, growth, and confidence can flourish through compassion, creativity, and evidence-based care.
I earned my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Lamar University. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential techniques, and creative expression to help clients understand emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build practical coping skills. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering.
