Sindhu Elagandhala (they/them & she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). They have years of experience and are passionate in working with clients navigating comorbidities of mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma disorders as well as those seeking to integrate neurotypes such as ADHD and autism. They work with adults, couples, and families who are motivated for the work of therapy.

Sindhu completed their Master's degree (MA) and Education Specialist (Ed.S) degrees at James Madison University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. They engage in creative therapies that primarily utilize tools from emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), trauma-informed therapy (TIF), and attachment-based (ABT) frameworks.

Individual experiences, trauma, identity, relationships, neurobiology, meaning-making, and overarching systems all shape identities and the ways that we move through the world. Erica feels that the therapeutic value of art has the opportunity to heal, empower and engage those isolated due to their addiction, depression, anxiety, fears, anger, and pain.

Erica received her Master's degree in Art Therapy from George Washington University, with a focus on Trauma-Informed Care. Erica believes whole-heartedly in the healing power of creativity, incorporating both integrative and cognitive approaches to foster growth and empower clients towards obtaining their goals set forth in therapy. Her nurturing spirit helps clients discover their true potential.
