I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood and supported, and where we can work together to turn insight into practical, meaningful change in your daily life.
I am a licensed psychologist (Ph.D.) with 9 years of experience providing therapy to adults and couples. I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress. Many of the clients I work with are seeking a deeper understanding of their thoughts and behavior patterns so they can create meaningful, lasting change. I help them clarify their values and take practical, actionable steps toward becoming who they want to be.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have specialized experience in adult individual and couples therapy. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, while integrating humanistic, values-based approaches.
You deserve a fulfilling life, and I am here to help you move toward it. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by self-doubt, we can work together to build insight, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and create forward momentum. When you are ready, I invite you to schedule a session and begin the process of meaningful change.

As a therapist with a disability, I know firsthand what it feels like to move through a world that isn’t adapted to you. Healing begins when we change how we meet our challenges by learning to work with every part of who we are instead of resisting it. It’s our strengths and vulnerabilities together that make us who we are.
At the start of our work together, collaboration is at the core. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to support you with clinical training and therapeutic tools while honoring your lived experience and the strengths you already carry.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Treatment Victim Advocate. I am also a wheelchair user and have professional and lived experience working alongside LGBTQ+ communities. These perspectives shape my commitment to accessible and affirming care that recognizes both personal experience and the systems that influence our lives.
My approach to therapy is integrative and flexible. I draw from motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and skills-based practices such as DBT and CBT when helpful. Our work is shaped around what feels most supportive for you. Sessions can be structured and goal-focused, or more open and reflective, depending on your needs and priorities.
I have extensive experience working with people impacted by harmful or high-conflict relationships, including intimate partner and family dynamics. I also work with people living with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. This space supports healing from trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. There is no pressure to define your experiences in any one way.
Outside of the therapy room, a bit more about me: I’m a dumpling enthusiast, an open-world fantasy game explorer, and an avid reader who adds five new books to my TBR list for every one I finish.
If this feels like a good fit, I would be honored to roll alongside you.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, parenting, relationships, and major life transitions. I also enjoy helping clients navigate emotional development and supporting those who identify as gifted. My goal is to offer a collaborative space where clients can strengthen resilience, restore balance, and build healthier connections.
I hold a master’s in marital and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and bring extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples across a variety of settings. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy to help clients develop insight, practice meaningful skills, and create lasting change.
I understand that reaching out for support often means something in life feels ready to shift. My role is to help you explore your experiences with honesty, compassion, and clarity. Whether you want to grow, heal, or regain a sense of direction, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward your best self.

Relationship counseling, also known as couples-therapy and marriage counseling, helps couples work through their specific relationship issues. It is led by licensed professionals — often licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) — who are experts in their field and best equipped to help couples. Some examples of common focuses within relationship counseling include:
Relationship counseling works by helping couples identify and better navigate their unique challenges. Following an initial assessment of the couple in terms of strengths and needs, the therapist would then discuss their therapeutic goals and any possible approaches or ways of working together as therapist and couple.Couples attend sessions together, whether they meet in person or by video. In addition to regular couples therapy sessions, each partner may also be asked to attend a few individual sessions to supplement their progress. This will allow their counselor to get to know each individual better, assess each of their personal needs, and develop the very best treatment plan moving forward.
Thriveworks relationship counseling in Greeley is conducted both in person and virtually via online counseling. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend relationship counseling for 12 weeks. However, relationship counseling may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
Even the most robust relationships can need work from time to time. Communicating and solving problems can be challenging in any relationship and there’s nothing wrong with reaching out for support. Relationship therapists and counselors can help couples who are going through a difficult time –– no matter what that entails.
There’s no reason to navigate complicated relationship issues alone. You and your partner, like many others, can benefit from couples counseling or therapy. A skilled and empathetic mental health professional can get to the heart of your concerns during therapy or counseling sessions. If you’re interested in improving your relationship, consider working with a therapist or counselor from Thriveworks Counseling in Greeley, CO. The disagreements and challenges present in every relationship are unique. The important thing to remember is these circumstances don’t define a couple, but rather, our reactions to these disagreements can color a relationship. Let’s go through the common reasons a couple might meet with a licensed marriage and family therapist:
Couples therapy or counseling can take a multifaceted approach by combining paired sessions with one-on-one time with a therapist. However your sessions proceed, there are several common and meaningful takeaways to putting therapeutic effort into your relationship:
