I have been practicing therapy for five years and have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clientele. I have learned over and over again that no matter how someone may appear or act, you never know how they may be struggling inside. I want my clients to feel that there is nothing too heavy to share in my office.

About Aubrie
"I have been practicing therapy for five years and have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clientele. I have learned over and over again that no matter how someone may appear or act, you never know how they may be struggling inside. I want my clients to feel that there is nothing too heavy to share in my office. "
Aubrie Hendryx is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 5 years of experience treating adult clients who are struggling with relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, OCD, obsessive thoughts, stress, or the “analysis paralysis” that may come along with life and career transitional issues. She loves to help her clients build the confidence and self-efficacy to overcome whatever obstacles they may be facing, whether the struggle is internal, or external.
Aubrie received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. As a counselor, she is strongly versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), as well as mindfulness techniques to help her clients learn to be in the moment and to reduce anxiety. Aubrie believes in giving her clients the necessary tools for improving their self-awareness, emotional regulation, constructive/rational thinking, and stress management outside of sessions.
Aubrie wants her clients to feel that there is nothing too heavy to share in her office. She knows that at the end of the day, the only thing we can control in life is ourselves, and that can make a big difference. Aubrie is passionate about empowering her clients to regain balance in their lives, and will offer you a personalized treatment plan to help you improve your mental health and quality of life as a team.
