About Jodie
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. I am passionate about supporting people as they heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of purpose. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and trust, creating a safe space where clients can explore difficult emotions and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and trauma-focused therapies to guide my clients toward emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I believe that through healing and self-discovery, my clients can achieve lasting change and fulfillment. If you’re ready to take the next step in your personal growth journey, I’d be honored to support you—schedule an appointment today to begin writing your next chapter.

"As a woman who has experienced trauma throughout my life, I have a deep understanding of how to learn the skills to overcome life's challenges."
Get to know Jodie
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I saw the issues in my family growing up, and I wanted to understand what had happened. What I learned was that I truly enjoy helping people meet their goals and watching them grow into the people they want to be.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work well with both women and men, 18 - 65, who are going through life transitions.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wished that my clients knew that everyone can benefit from therapy at one point in their life, and I wished that it was normalized to go to therapy.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
My clients should expect us to build rapport and trust. Without those two things, it will be hard to work on the harder issues that may come up.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I believe in respect for my clients and 100% positive regard for whoever I work with.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe in letting the client lead in their treatment and the client tells me what they want to work on.
