I consider individual therapy for grief and loss to be a confidential and safe space for self-exploration through validation and empathy. This approach facilitates organic problem-solving in areas detrimental to one's development. I emphasize the importance of self-awareness and effective communication as pivotal components of therapy, focusing on enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence through empowerment, boundary building, and conflict resolution skills.
