As a psycho-dynamically trained therapist, Raef believes relationship building is the root of all lasting change. His goal in therapy is to provide a space where both the visible and hidden manifestations of these internal conflicts can be explored and learned from.
Raef Sengupta is a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 2 years of experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, among other presentations. He provides counseling to individuals of all ages. As a psycho-dynamically trained therapist, Raef believes relationship building is the root of all lasting change. Raef received his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.
