About
I understand the unique challenges of navigating life as a minority, and I bring both personal experience and professional support to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families find healthy ways to cope, communicate, and thrive. I work with those navigating stress, anxiety, family transitions, cultural identity concerns, adjustment, depression, or relationship struggles. Many of my clients seek to manage overwhelming emotions, heal from past experiences, and build confidence. As a Christian and a minority, I bring a perspective grounded in faith, resilience, and cultural understanding, creating an affirming space for clients who value the integration of their beliefs in the healing process.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Widener University. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and strength-based practices, while incorporating creative tools like play therapy and expressive activities.
I know that seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to walk this path on your own. As a Christian, I believe in the power of hope, healing, and renewal, and I strive to create a space where faith and therapy can work hand in hand. If you’re ready to take the next step, it would be my honor to walk with you on this journey.

I believe therapy is a collaborative space where your strengths, self-awareness, and capacity for change can guide us toward meaningful, lasting growth, and I bring a compassionate, mindful, and solution-focused approach to help you get there.
I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) who believes you are enough exactly as you are. I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and everyday stressors. I believe therapy is a place to feel heard, understand yourself more deeply, and discover the strengths you already carry.
My approach is strength-based, solution-focused, and grounded in mindful CBT. I work collaboratively with clients who are ready to explore new perspectives and challenge unhelpful patterns. Together, we identify practical tools and meaningful steps toward greater confidence, clarity, healthier relationships, and lasting growth.
Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out—just be willing to begin. I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and move at a pace that honors your journey. If you're ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and begin exploring what meaningful change can look like for you.

Individual therapy, also known as Individual therapy, allows people to engage in private sessions with a skilled therapist, counselor, or psychologist. The core objective of individual therapy is to establish a secure and confidential setting where you can openly discuss whatever emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges you face. Through these one-on-one sessions, the client and therapist work together to delve into, comprehend, and ultimately find solutions for the issues at hand in their life.
Individual therapy unfolds in a structured process, commencing with an initial assessment in which the therapist gathers essential information about your history, concerns, and objectives. Together, you and your therapist collaboratively establish specific, attainable goals for your sessions, which can encompass symptom alleviation, personal development, or finding solutions to particular challenges.
