Michael is known by his friends as the “relationship guy.” As soon as he leaves one relationship, he enters a new one. He’s always picked on for it, and he even despises it himself—but he’s never been able to put an end to this pattern. Michael decides that now is the time to make a successful change. Instead of dating new women after his breakup, he focuses solely on himself. He sets new goals for his personal and professional life—like exercising 3-4 times a week, spending more time with family, and getting to work early. And he follows a plan to achieve each goal. After a few months, he reaches a point where he’s happy and proud of his progress. Furthermore, he feels ready to start dating (casually) again. And he’s confident that he won’t let his romantic relationships take over his life again.

Though he wasn’t able to do so before, Michael successfully steers his life in a new direction—elicited by the help of a life coach. Tired of the revolving door of relationships and lack of movement in other areas of his life, he schedules a session with a life coach to get the ball rolling. Michael’s life coach helped him refocus his motivation and drive on his personal and professional life. As a result, he achieved the goals he set for himself and reset his dating life, which is now much healthier.

“One of the most exciting things about coaching is the buzz you get when you push out of your comfort zone, come up with a plan and put it into action. Life takes on a whole new meaning as you re-create your life the way you want it.” —Emma-Louise Elsey

The life coaches at Thriveworks North Little Rock can help you achieve your own personal and professional goals. Their main objective is to understand what you want and need out of life so they can then guide you in creating a happier, healthier life. If you think you could benefit from working with a life coach, reach out to Thriveworks North Little Rock today.

Is Working with a Life Coach Effective?

As we mentioned above, a life coach’s M.O. (main objective) is to guide you toward the life you want. They differ from counselors in that they focus on personal development, which often involves career goals or goals related to personal growth. For example, Michael’s life coach (from above) helped him to break his unfavorable cycle of serial dating and achieve greater things in other areas of his life. The life coaches at Thriveworks want you to find the same value in life coaching. Here’s how they can prove valuable:

  • They will support and guide you toward your goals.
  • They can assist you in identifying what’s missing from your life.
  • They’ll help you to set, make progress toward, and achieve your goals.
  • They will keep you accountable for the goals you set for yourself.
  • They can provide the encouragement you need to stay on track.
  • They will help you build your self-confidence.
  • They can lead you toward a better life full of happiness and fulfillment.

Life Coaching Skills and Expertise

You might be wondering how exactly life coaching works: What makes it so effective? The life coaches at Thriveworks North Little Rock have skills and expertise that enable them to assist each client and tailor the process to best help them. It’s important to note, too, that working with a life coach is different from acquiring the help or advice of a friend. Let’s take an in-depth look at this expertise as well as the role that accountability plays life coaching:

  1. Skills and expertise.

The skills and expertise life coaches possess make them experts in helping their clients find greater health, happiness, and success. This is true for clients who know what they want and need as well as those who need help identifying what’s missing.

  1. Accountability

Accountability also plays a huge role in the success of life coaching. Many people fail to reach their goals because they do not keep themselves accountable. This problem is solved when a life coach is introduced into the equation.

Thriveworks offers it all. It’s very easy to change therapist until you find one you like. Only thing I’d like to see change is the price for missed appointments. It keeps people accountable but over $100 is a bit harsh.

THRIVE ALIVE is working on a project and it’s “ME” and she also has my “FFL” as a patient too. Let’s just say she is a little Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey wrapped in to one! I’m not telling you her name because I don’t want her to get booked and deprive me of my scheduled appointments. I’m just saying this woman is a “MIRACLE WORKER!” I got this CM!

After working with Zack for a year I would say that he is very dependable and does show concern for his patients. There is never any problem with following hospital policy. Always a good man to have on your team.

I’ve known Zack, both professionally and personally, for the last 3 and a half years. He is a great person, and you won’t find anyone more dedicated to what they do. He truly cares about his patients and their outcomes, and he puts 110% of himself into his work to make sure they have the best outcomes possible. I consider myself lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work with him, and I know he will do great things now with Thriveworks.
