As a Christian, I embrace a spiritual foundation, however I respect those who do not have that perspective as well.  I believe it is important to work towards healing. We have all suffered different types of painful experiences that impact our lives. Healing is not easy, but vital to having a complete and free life. Healing is a slow journey but an important and necessary one that I would love to walk with you as your therapist. My style of therapy is supportive/active listening, with care and compassion.
