About
My style and approach help clients address and work through challenges of life transitions and social pressures.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, and family conflict. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can begin healing, gain insight, and start feeling better in their everyday lives.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s needs and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities. I help clients process life transitions, emotional challenges, and social pressures while promoting lasting growth and resilience.
I create a calming and welcoming environment where my clients feel heard and accepted. My communication style is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in active listening. I want clients to feel comfortable sharing openly and to walk away from each session empowered to advocate for themselves and continue their healing journey.

As a trauma-informed therapist and clinical supervisor, I help adults and clinicians move beyond feeling stuck or overwhelmed by uncovering the patterns beneath their symptoms and supporting insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 28 years of experience specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults and clinicians who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeated emotional patterns, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships. Together, we explore the root causes of distress to move beyond symptom management toward deeper emotional healing, stability, and self-trust.
I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University. My approach integrates relational psychodynamic therapy, hypnosis, mindfulness-based techniques, and practical coaching. I focus on emotional processing and nervous system regulation to support meaningful, lasting change.
You don’t need to have the right words to begin. I offer a safe, collaborative space where we move at a steady, supportive pace. If you’re ready for clarity, relief, and a deeper connection with yourself, I invite you to schedule a session.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.

Yes, there are therapists who help with anger via Anger management therapy. It’s a therapeutic process that an individual goes through to manage their anger and identify its triggers. They’re given clear instructions on how to improve their angry behavior as well as a safe space for opening up about their emotions.
Once an individual’s triggers are identified, anger management therapy focuses on helping the individual process and respond to these emotions in a more positive and productive manner. The anger management therapist will provide coping strategies and ultimately help their client take back control of their anger.
The five keys to mastering anger include identifying triggers, pausing before reacting, calmly expressing emotions, discovering constructive outlets for frustration, and seeking professional assistance if necessary. Acquiring these skills through Anger management therapy empowers individuals to effectively manage and navigate their anger.
The best therapy for anger management often involves cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps individuals identify and change patterns of thinking and behavior related to anger.
Anger management therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
Often, Anger management therapy lasts between 4-6 weeks. However, it can last longer, dependent on the individual’s needs.
