How many people do you know have unexplained physical pain or illness? And how many of them are on a pill of some sort for some unknown symptom that doctors just don’t have the answer to?

If you have lower back pain, motivational author Louise Hay might say it is because you feel a lack of support in your life. Or if you have migraines, she would describe in her book, Heal Your Body, that maybe you have issue with control (or lack of control).
Sometimes these feelings hide so deep within our cells that we just can’t put our finger on it. We have experienced a life crisis and think we managed it just fine, but can’t seem to get your act together since then, life just seems less bright these days — or the laughter, not so sweet.
But what is it? You cant quite put your finger on it?

What if tapping your fingers on meridians (energy pathways on our bodies) can release these hidden feelings and not just release them, but allow you to move through the experience lighter and less emotionally charged? As we tap through the pain we become clearer in our understanding of the experience, good and bad. And move forward, removing the stuckness of the past. Even experiencing an appreciation for the knowledge and lesson gained from the crisis.
Every experience in life can be viewed in either of two ways: as a gift or as a punishment. It is up to your to choose which way to see it. It is truly in your power to make that determination. And with that, you get what you want out of life, whether you are conscious of it or not.
So why not make the choice to be mindful of your life, to be present in every moment? Yes, it is a big responsibility to take charge of your path, but who else will do it? You can do it! It may be difficult at times, but it is so worth the journey. So why not give it a try!
