Anna Kate Orletski is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adults and adolescents. Rebecca Hockridge is a licensed professional counselor as well as a licensed school counselor. She has a diverse portfolio that includes specializing in attention deficit issues, anxiety, depression, and general life stage adjustment which includes family and youth counseling. Rebecca also is an experienced career and life transition counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State where she also studied women’s issues. After working as a social worker for more than 10 years, she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling at Oakland University. She uses a systems approach to counseling and specializes in treating the whole individual as part of the unique system. Her counseling approach is holistic with an emphasis on a healthy system environment that utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. Elizabeth Treger is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about creating a collaborative atmosphere to work with her clients on developing their natural resilience in working through matters of trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, substance use, and personality disorders. Elizabeth has spent the last 10+ years working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including those residing in transitional living. Throughout her years of counseling, Elizabeth has assisted clients in tapping into their strengths to achieve long-term change.

Elizabeth completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She utilizes evidence-based modalities such as client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and mindfulness, believing therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience.

Elizabeth is committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment to assist her clients in processing and developing coping strategies to lead fuller lives. Katlynn "Katie" Bovee is a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) with nearly 4 years of experience helping adult clients to better cope with addictions, grief, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, women’s issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and career-related issues.

Katie earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University. She has a relaxed teamwork approach, where her clients are seen as the expert in their own lives. As a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Katie understands the connection between trauma, isolation, and substance abuse.

She enjoys helping her clients process their history of trauma while learning how to cope and make peace with their past. Katie's goal is always to meet her clients where they are at and work as a team to help their symptoms improve from wherever they are at.

Amanda Lambert is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been a therapist since 2012. Amanda feels that mental health is such an important part of our lives. She believes that everyone deserves access to help with this, and that this help is needed for everyone from time to time. Her passion and purpose is to empower her clients to love their lives and themselves. Amanda strives, always, to provide a safe and accepting environment for you to share and grow.
