Dr. Chanel Young-Pope is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She is also a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a former United States Army Officer; having combined service in both branches totaling 24 years of military expertise. Dr. Alexandra ("Alix") Price is a clinical psychologist who has more than 16 years of experience assessing and treating various mental health diagnoses. She believes in holistic recovery and is particularly passionate about the importance of connection within the therapy relationship. Dr. Price works with adults who are struggling with adjustment disorders, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, grief, life transition problems, women's issues, stress management, and much more.

Dr. Price completed her Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) at Florida Institute of Technology. She has been licensed as a clinical psychologist in Virginia since 2007, and in 2014 earned board certification in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). While her approach to mental health treatment is largely integrative, she relies on intervention skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based, solution-focused models. She recognizes the important combination of open communication and goal setting as key within therapeutic relationships.

Lauren Darling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. Lauren has worked closely with couples, families, and individuals of all ages. She has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and challenges including trauma, eating disorders, parenting, psychosis and dissociative disorders, addiction, self-harm, suicidal ideation, gender dysphoria, LGBTQ+ issues, personality and mood disorders, anxiety, and depression, with particular attention to complex childhood trauma including sexual abuse.

Lauren earned a Master's in Social Work at Fordham University. She gravitates most heavily towards cognitive- and acceptance-based therapeutic approaches and understands the value of a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. Lauren aims to create a safe environment for clients to share openly by listening with curiosity and empathy.
