Mark Redmond is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing outpatient therapy to individuals and couples. Mark specializes in relationship stress and communication issues, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, issues from childhood, and adjusting to life changes in general. Mark completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Tulane University.
Mark uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed strategies, as well as a variety of other evidence-based interventions and strategies, in ways that best meet the needs of the individual.

Alexa Fouche is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with licenses to practice therapy in both Oregon and California. She has over 30 years of experience in working with individuals, families, and couples, and she specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, and family therapy.
Alexa completed her Master's in Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. She utilizes cognitive therapies and has a well-developed view about how individuals come to realize their full potential. Alexa believes the therapeutic relationship is most effective when individuals feel heard and are valued. She has great compassion for those searching for meaning in their lives and for the accompanying journey required for self-actualization.

Cristina Cuevas is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field.
